As shared by the Bayonne Urban Enterprise Zone, WomenRising Inc. will host Pizza with a Purpose, a domestic violence education session, on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The event will take place at The Vic Tavern, a UEZ business located at 107 Hobart Avenue in Bayonne.

The session pairs a pizza dinner with an open conversation about domestic violence and its impact on the community. Topics will include recognizing red flags, the cycle of violence, power and control, healthy relationships, safety planning, and available resources and support.

The program centers on four goals: education, awareness, prevention, and empowerment. Organizers aim to give attendees practical knowledge and encourage discussion about creating safer and healthier communities in Bayonne.
