BAYONNE — Scores of families flocked to 16th Street Park earlier tonight to take part in National Night Out in Bayonne, an annual event meant to strengthen community-police relations. The event organized by the Bayonne Police Department featured inflatable children’s rides, popcorn, hotdogs, information tables, free giveaways and music.
