The Bayonne Public Library is hosting a New Parent Support Group for families with infants from birth to 24 months. The sessions are led by Hudson Wellness Co, a local family chiropractic practice with training in pediatric care and lactation support, and take place in the library’s Small Programming Room. The group is designed to give new parents a space to connect, ask questions, and share experiences in a small setting, with discussion topics shaped by the group’s interests and needs. No advance registration is required.

Sessions are offered on both Fridays and Saturdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Upcoming Friday dates include September 25, October 23, and December 4. Upcoming Saturday dates include October 10, November 14, and December 12.
