Spring into a fun yoga series at Infinite Therapy Solutions with Lauren, an elementary teacher, registered RYT200 and certified Kidding Around Yoga instructor!

Introducing a springtime yoga class for children age 4-8!
This event will occur every Wednesday beginning on March 27th. The cost is $75 for all 5 sessions.

Improves Coordination
Increases Core Strength
Promotes Self Regulation

Yoga has multiple benefits for children, including flexibility, strength, coordination, body awareness and relaxation.

What to Expect:
-mindful movement through yoga
-breathing strategies
-the basics of the sun-salutations in a child-friendly way
-spring-inspired yoga stories that exercise social, sensory, and motor skills while increasing flexibility
-yoga poses through songs, games, and activities
-relaxing guided meditation in every session

Children will stretch and strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through age-appropriate breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids will move, sing, and most importantly have fun learning SPRING-inspired yoga poses (plus many more). This is an energy releasing class which always ends with a guided relaxation.
