Dog owners in Bayonne and their four legged companions no longer have to search for a place to go. The dog park, scenically located next ot the Bayonne Bridge in Dennis P. Collins Park, is named in honor of a four-year old Yellow Labrador, “Sirius”, a bomb detecting police dog with the Port Authority who was killed on September 11, 2001.

The Park features:  100 x 75 feet of double gated enclosure, Walk-in area, Water fountain (human and canine), Plastic bag dispenser (bring your own), Four benches, Replica fire hydrants and shaded areas, and Exercise ramps
